Quality University has once again marked a significant academic achievement through the success of one of its lecturers in obtaining a doctoral degree. In the Open Session of the Promotion of Doctoral Education Management, Dr. Jainal B. Togatorop, M.Pd officially holds a doctorate degree.
The lecturer of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education successfully defended his dissertation entitled "Development of Digital Leadership Models based on Lean Six Sigma to Improve Study Program Performance." This study offers an innovative approach in improving the quality of study program management through the integration of digital leadership and Lean Six Sigma methods.
The academic community of Universitas Quality expressed their appreciation and pride for the achievement. The doctoral degree achieved is expected not only to be a personal achievement, but also to make a real contribution to the development of educational quality, especially within the University Quality and higher education in Indonesia in general.
